Details As Follows:
Date: Friday 5th April and Monday 8th April (Two days assignment)
Locations: Hawthorn, only 9 mins walk from the train station
Reason for vacancy: Staff leave coverage
Pay Rate: $30-34 p/h + super
Hours: 8:30 am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch, 7.5 hours per day
Main Duties:
- Assist the team in admin, ad-hoc tasks and front-of-house duties
- Respond to internal/external enquiries in a timely and supportive manner
- Greet and direct visitor access, be the face of the Team at the front desk
- Ensure premises are maintained in a neat and good working condition
- Responsible for calendar management, data entry and file maintenance with applicable policy or procedure
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Office Administrator/Coordinator/Manager
- Superior customer service
- A positive mindset with a "can do" attitude and willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attitude and commitment to working as part of a team
