THE ROLE
This Office Administrator role sits within the progressive Business Support Team. You will be supported by our Business support manager and provide a diverse range of administration functions to meet organisation needs.
You will have a strong background in administration Most importantly you will bring a positive mindset to work and have fun working in a small tight knit team who accomplish big things supporting all areas of Indigo.
Key tasks include:
- Day-to-day Business Solutions administrative support
- Inbox management including triage and escalation
- Meeting support including scheduling, minute taking and agenda preparation
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Action internal mail items, process post office deliveries and data entry for larger mail collection.
THE CANDIDATE
For this position, we are looking for a vibrant professional with excellent ITC skills, who is organised and approachable. You will have a strong background in administration Most importantly you will bring a positive mindset to work and have fun working in a small tight knit team who accomplish big things!
We seek someone with:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Self-driven with an ability to adapt and work autonomously
- Confident and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office suite
- High to advanced Excel competency
- Strong communicator and enjoys a collaborative team approach
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Solution focused problem solver
