- Utilising your time management skills when it comes to planning for asset management, assessments and maintenance.
- Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Being proactive when utilising data collection in regard to the asset's conditions and any potential risks.
- Maintaining records, contracts and other administrative functions.
- We have two separate positions available: Asset Officer Buildings and Asset Officer Transport
- Ensure a high level of customer service ensuring requests are responded to within an appropriate timeframe.
- Implement solutions to address community, environmental or service concerns.
- Preparation through to administration of grant applications and claiming.
- Asset support including site investigations and assessments, maintenance, instructions and administrative tasks.
- Being part of a dedicated and hard-working team.
- Playing a key role in Council's infrastructure planning and maintenance for the benefit of future residents and the general community.

- Package: $82,600 - $87,600 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Hours of work: Permanent Full-Time opportunity (35 hours) with the option of a 19-day month.
