Building Facilities and Contracts Officer
- Manage building construction processes from DA submissions to contract administration
- Ensure compliance with building legislation and WHS policies

Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Building Facilities and Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical advice, managing contracts, preparing project proposals, and maintaining building asset databases. You will also research and develop improvements in asset utilisation policies and practises.
Additionally, you will coordinate, monitor, and report on project progress, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure building assets meet agreed service levels and standards.
About YouOur ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the building industry or facility management, along with a Building Diploma or equivalent qualification. You should possess strong knowledge of asset management principles, building legislation, and WHS policies.
- Experience in managing contracts and preparing asset maintenance schedules
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in related computer applications
- Ability to convert customer service levels to technical service levels

- Package: $93,399 - $101,801 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35hours with the option of a 19-day month. Position is expected to be available for a period of up to 12 months.
