About the role
The Officer provides support for a range of project activities that support Migration Support program (MSP) teams to deliver client outcomes that meet contractual requirements. The incumbent will be required to work closely with staff across the MSP program at local, regional, and national level.
Maintain and update operational policies and procedures across programs that meet contractual requirements, relevant legislation and client led best practices whilst ensuring effective data collection and monitoring of relevant project activities to achieve strategic impacts.
What you will bring
Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise their own work and that of lower classified staff and/or volunteers
Demonstrated sound technical knowledge and expertise in project management
Ability to work under general direction from senior employees within clear objectives and budget constraints and work with and support teams and people from diverse backgrounds and create a collaborative working environment
Sound analytical skills and demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems generally found in policies and practices
Ability to build the capacity of people and teams and strong customer and client relationships
A Working with Children Check is a requirement for this position

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4. Salary from $82,063.28 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
