Your new role as an Officer Planning & Allocations will see you planning scheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with EAA/SSA approved maintenance program, ensuring compliance is always met. In addition, you will support effective and comprehensive utilisation of the TRAX Planning module and build maintenance packages, planning defects, allocate Aircraft flying patterns, schedule maintenance events and liaise with Line Maintenance, Operations Control and Network Scheduling.
You will also be planning work packages to ensure rectification is carried out prior to expiry or due dates. You will be planning aircraft operations to ensure maximum utilisation, observing maintenance requirements and updating fleet utilisation plan to meet changed operational and maintenance requirements. Lastly you will maintain fleet utilisation display on the Intranet.
To be successful you will possess –
A detailed understanding of the TRAX or similar Maintenance Information System (desirable)
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to adapt positively to change in a rapidly changing environment.
Sound computer skills: Microsoft Office applications, Trax Maintenance system and Amadeus Schedule Recovery (COMPASS) system.
Detailed knowledge of DHC 8 Technical Manual suite (desirable)
Detailed knowledge of DHC 8 Maintenance Program (desirable)
Collection & analysis of data relevant to position
Proven interpersonal / communication skills
A sound understanding & application of the Customer Supplier relationship for internal and external customers suppliers
