Role Description

The Onboarding and Mobilisation Team Manager is the key leader of the team of Onboarding and Mobilisation Consultants supporting the ANZ part of our business, as well as strategically supporting our key clients.

The team are the primary point of contact for Contractors through the full on-boarding to off-boarding process. All aspects of support throughout the Contractors Assignment will be provided by this team.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Lead the team to ensure all contractors are onboarded with a high level of customer service and compliantly in line with SOP's.
  • Ensure that all team members are performing to a high standard and achieving their KPIs.
  • Adhere to the local regulatory requirements and train team members to understand client policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading process improvement of the contractor management process and educating stakeholders of changes.
  • Being the point of escalation for contractor related enquiries, non-compliance and performance issues.
  • Be the control mechanism for our CRM for the region, approving all placements and employment contracts before information flows to finance teams.
  • Being the escalation point of contact for complex client enquiries.
  • Assist the Commercial, Recruitment and Operations team with any new Client onboarding.
  • Proactively seeking feedback and opportunities to improve our service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills: and the ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and influencing; the ability to arrange multiple stakeholders, and align them to a common goal and standard.
  • Articulate; and the ability to provide clear instructions promptly; and guide others on service-related processes and procedures.
  • Empowering; and the ability to delegate tasks to stakeholders; help them remove potential barriers and challenges; and manage competing priorities.
  • Composure and resilience; and the ability to take action and support others during times of stress, uncertainty and change.
  • Attention to detail; and the ability to centralise and maintain complex information through systems.
  • 2+ years' experience in the Recruitment Agency industry ideally in an Account Management role or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience in managing a team of direct reports.
  • A sound understanding of HR practices in Australia.
