PTM cater for a vast range of clients, including civil, construction and mining.

About the Role: 

We have a rare opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator / Scheduler to join our high performing team based out of Karratha. 

The position will include the following, but not limited to: 

• Manage rosters, flights, accommodation, and travel movements for all personnel.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with numerous clients through daily emails and phone calls.
• Address client inquiries and provide updates on scheduling matters.
• Coordinate the daily schedules of staff, making changes and adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Address scheduling conflicts and challenges proactively, seeking viable solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Organise jobs/projects to ensure staff has the relevant information to complete the scope of work safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Assist with HR duties when required.
• Run reports and use the data analysis provided.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Supported a business in a high-paced environment 
• Competent/Advanced in Microsoft packages. (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Competent with a variety of operational software. (e.g. QMS & ERP software)
• Possess clear communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a continuous improvement mindset
• Able to pass a Cat 1 Medical along with frequent Drug & Alcohol tests
• Hold valid Australian work rights (visa holders welcome)
• Able to pass pre-employment medical/DAS
• Hold a valid WA Drivers License (C Class)

Desirable: 

• Experience in mining, resources, or construction
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field 
• Valid construction white card and traffic management tickets (TC & BWTM)
