About the RoleThe
Onboarding and Mobilisation Team Manager is the key leader of the team of
Onboarding and Mobilisation Consultant's supporting the ANZ part of our business, as well as strategically supporting our key clients.The team are the primary points of contact for Contractors through the full on-boarding to off-boarding process. All aspects of support throughout the Contractors Assignment will be provided by this team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the team to ensure all contractors are onboarded with a high level of customer service and compliantly in line with SOP's.
- Ensure that all team members are performing to a high standard and achieving their KPI's.
- Adhere to the local regulatory requirements and train team members to understand client policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leading process improvement of the contractor management process and educating stakeholders of changes.
- Being the point of escalation for contractor related enquiries, non-compliance and performance issues
- Be the control mechanism for our CRM for the region, approving all placements and employment contracts prior to information flowing to finance teams.
- Being the escalation point of contact for complex client enquiries.
- Assist the Commerical, Recruitment and Operations team for any new Client onboarding.
- Proactively seeking feedback and opportunities to improve our service delivery.

- Attention to detail; and the ability to centralise and maintain complex information through systems.
Education And Experience- 2+ years' experience in in the Recruitment Agency industry ideally in an Account Management role or similar
- 3+ years' experience in managing a team of direct reports.
- A sound understanding of HR practices in Australia.
