About the job:
As a Implementation Team Leader, you will be responsible of coaching and motivating your team to provide the best customer onboarding experience in class.
Being ambitious, confident and resilient, you will take accountability for nurturing Customer experience and exceeding your targets month on month.
What will you do?
- Liaise internally, to obtain relevant detail or best possible outcome/solution.
- Define your team's customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Keep team accountable for following the correct process and accurately input data within the CRM system
- Provide analytical information and commentary reporting to assist management and other stakeholders as necessary regarding call centre statistics and complaint issues.
