Job Summary:
The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of one of our OOSH education and care services in Cessnock. They will manage a team, ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, maintain organisation within the Centre, and uphold compliance with NSW laws and regulations. the Team leader will be supported by the OOSH Educational Leader and the OOSH Centre Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff members on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure clear communication with students, parents, staff members, and other stakeholders
- Maintain organisation within the Centre by implementing efficient systems and processes
- Uphold compliance with all relevant NSW laws and regulations
- Enforce Centre policies and procedures consistently
- Providing a play-based Program delivery guided by the MTOP and NQS.
- Provide a stimulating environment that promotes high-quality outcomes for children
- Record keeping via online platforms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role within an educational setting desirable
- Valid WWC
- First Aid Qualification desirable or willing to obtain
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate desirable or willing to obtain
