The Loganlea office is Carpet Call Australia's leading customer service team, supplying an integrated system and solution for the flooring and blinds market. We are the prominent supplier within the industry built on strong customer relationships.
Your Role:
As an Operations Administrator within our Window Furnishings Division you will be responsible for the accurate and timely ordering of product and providing support to our sales and installations teams.
In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks and demonstrate excellent adaptability. A strong emphasis will be placed on having a positive attitude while completing a variety of tasks with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
What you will be doing...
- Provide administrative support to our Sales team
- Provide job information to our Installers on both new and existing jobs
- Processing of invoices and stock receivals
- Confirming details provided from a final check measure to ensure accurate processing of purchase orders
- Customer Service duties including responding to customer enquiries and providing updates on their orders
- Assist with a monthly stock take
