All Purpose Transport is a South East Queensland based Transport and Logistics provider that has been operating since 1975. We are a family owned business who believe that people are the key to our success.
We seeking a Customer Service / operations support person to join our Home Delivery Team on a 6 Month parental leave contract.
The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Handling high volumes of customer bookings
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues
- Taking incoming calls as a priority and action accordingly
- Responding to email and phone enquiries from customers
- KPI reporting & key customer statistical reporting
- General administration duties
- Assisting fleet allocators and operations staff as required
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as required
We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate for this position:
- Experience in a similar transport or customer service role
- Sound understanding/ knowledge of South East Queensland
- Possess an elevated level of computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build relationships to achieve required outcomes
- Possess an eye for detail
- have excellent people and time management skills
- Have a pleasant phone & email manner.
