Operations Administrator

Located at Arundel, - Pinnacle Safety and Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and nationwide industry leader in the provision of safety training and related safety services.

We aim to help our clients improve their safety results, meet their work health and safety obligations, develop their safety culture, and most importantly, keep their people safe.

We train a range of nationally recognized safety-related competencies in the areas of height safety, confined space entry, fire safety, mine safety, rescue and emergency response and work health and safety.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Administrative Assistant for our Arundel Facility who can successfully perform the administrative functions and activities to support our company's operational needs. 

The core expectations of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Regional Operations Coordinator regarding daily tasks
• Print training materials for all courses
• Audit and scan completed training course paperwork
• Identify and rectify issues with training paperwork
• Report all operational issues to the Regional Operations Coordinator as required
• Assist the Regional Operations Coordinator and Regional Manager with daily operational planning where required
• Coordinating service work and major projects in collaboration with the Regional Manager and Regional Operations Coordinator
• Housekeeping tasks as required within the facility

To be successful in the role, candidates will possess the following experience and attributes:

• Previous RTO experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approaches
• A keen eye for detail in regard to data entry and accuracy of paperwork
• Efficient and accurate keyboard and data entry skills
• Confident go-getter, self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve
• Flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Must be a team player in the true sense – supportive, interactive, solution-oriented
