Mintax was established as a Quantity Surveying business in 2017 with both directors enthusiastic about building close relationships and providing higher levels of service often missing in this industry. Quickly expanding with a national network of contractors we now provide quality reporting across Australia to investors, property valuers and the banking industry. With offices in both Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, we have created a relaxed yet professional environment for our staff and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Key to this role is a strong interest in Data Entry. We are searching for an analytical thinker who is proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous experience in either the property or building industry will greatly assist the successful applicant. You will be working independently at times and the ability to demonstrate strong initiative is essential.
Tasks and Responsibilities
We are searching for a team member who can comfortably communicate with our client network and assist in the collection of data and report generation. Key to the role is the reviewing and entry of data with further analysis and calculation to enable the processing of reports. Assisting with general administrative tasks will also be required as your skills develop.
Benefits
Industry specific, face to face training will be completed in the Bayside/Mornington Peninsula area. Subsequent flexible hours and location will be offered, totalling 15 hours per week.
