• Seeking an North Sydney-based Operations Manager for a busy, well-run Medical Device Company
• Report to directors and support sales team.
• Ensure the overall warehouse & distribution operations are running smoothly 
• Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
• Identify areas for improvement or development and implement change
• Goods inwards & outwards QC
• Warehouse performance analysis

Essential Experience Required

• Senior-level Operations Management experience - Logistics, Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations
• Experience in Xero and or inventory software
• Solid track record in delivering operations success and cultivating a positive work culture
• Excellent people management skills
• Personable and positive with a can-do attitude
• Australian Citizen or PR
