The Position
Requirements and responsibilities of this role include:
- Serve as the liaison point for your customers, including processing documentation.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of all freight processes and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate bookings with customers, transport and delivery.
- Act as the liaison point for overseas offices and agents.
- Proactively update customers on any issues that may arise.
- Manage customer situations effectively and professionally.
We are looking for someone with experience in Imports OR Exports OR Customer Service within forwarding.
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- CargoWise experience is highly beneficial
- Solid communications skills
- Team minded attitude
Between $70,000 + $75,000 Super (negotiable pending skills / experience)
