The Position
We have an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join the team at Cleanaway's South Guildford Site. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative activities some of which will include the following.
- Ownership of exporting process and general administration
- Supporting management with purchase orders and invoicing
- Daily and weekly scheduling
- Revenue and production forecasting
- Daily and monthly financial and production reporting including stock take and stock control
- EOM financial reconciliations
- Accounts and payroll functions
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with freight suppliers
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience supervising administrative staff/ teams. You will also require;
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
- A thorough familiarity with accounting packages, MS Office and general office procedures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems or similar - desirable but not essential
- The skill to manage a number of tasks simultaneously
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy
- Strong initiative with the ability to be flexible
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must be systematic and will uphold company policies and procedures.
