- Checking fatigue compliance of Station Customer Service (SCS) employees.
- Ensuring rosters and allocations meet industrial agreements.
- Providing regular reporting to leaders based on KPI's.
- Providing operational backfill for maintenance of SCS Locations.

What you will bring to the role:
- Must be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High level of stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
- Extensive knowledge of all MS Office programs, including excel and outlook.
- Deputy, SAP, FAID and IWAY knowledge desirable.
