Your responsibilities will include driving trusted and transparent governance, through engagement with representatives from our projects.In addition to this, you will:

• Implement the new Governance Framework globally by assisting with writing appropriate policy, standards and procedure documents
• Manage the Thiess Governance System (TGS) rules and ensure implementation aligns with Thiess requirements
• Deliver best practice change management through digitisation of workflows with minimal bureaucracy
• Facilitate governance training and provide user support
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize processes locally while meeting business needs.
• Process optimisation and coordination.

About YouThe ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in auditing, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, governance and change management including management systems.
