About the Role: As the NDIS Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services and Child Safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of support services, compliance with NDIS and Child Safety guidelines, and the continuous improvement of operational processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in the delivery of NDIS services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, families, and government bodies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for NDIS operations, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Health Management, etc. preferred but not necessary.
Proven experience in a similar role within the disability or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
