***We are looking for a person to guide our Ground Maintenance business ***
If you are experienced in Grounds Maintenance, and also know your way around a computer - this could be a job for you.
Tasks include: Rostering, Scheduling, planning, quotes, team management, equipment knowledge and of course strong Safety Awareness is essential.
You must have a clean driving record and be willing to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
Skills and experience
ESSENTIAL
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Operations Manager or similar role
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel White Card
- NT Drivers Licence ("HR" class or higher)
- OCHRE Card
- Current National Police Clearance
- First Aid Certificate with current CPR
- Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical test
DESIRABLE
- Certificate IV TAE
- Certificate IV WHS or EHS
- Traffic Management
- ServiceM8 Experience
- Chemical AFQ3
- Professional Ground Spray Licence
