Job description

Join us in our mission to pave the new way of thinking for crane lifting and logistics.

Do you want to help revolutionize the way people work in the construction, resources, and logistics industries? Come and join our team of passionate people on a mission to make lifting and logistics operations safer and more efficient with our Roborigger and Robologistics technology.

Roborigger was originally developed by TENSA Equipment, a Perth-based lifting specialist that has successfully been building fully certified lifting and drilling equipment for the global offshore oil and gas industry for over 10 years. Roborigger is a separate company but Tensa is still a major shareholder. Roborigger inherits this breadth of experience and longevity – and this is proven with industry recognition such as the WA Innovator of the Year 2019, WorkSafe WA’s the Best Solution to Work Health and Safety Risk 2019, and Engineers Australia’s Most Innovative Engineers 2019.

Since our successful entry to market in 2018, we have grown by leaps and bounds as a company. Australia’s largest venture capital funder, Blackbird Ventures, backed us in 2019. We opened our own manufacturing facility in 2021, and we’ve now expanded globally, transforming lifting and logistics practices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and the Netherlands.

The Opportunity

To deliver on our mission, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take Roborigger business to the global scale.

We’ll be looking to you as the go-to-person to manage the safe and efficient manufacture and delivery of Roborigger units to our clients throughout the world. • Train staff where appropriate.

  • You must be commercially focused and be on top of costs to build and maintain Roborigger as well as the costs to run the manufacture and service side.
