Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations West, you will be responsible for looking after our increasing workforce in the Darwin / NT area. It is envisioned that this role will diversify over time and lead to some excellent development opportunities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Overseeing the Operations Budget in conjunction with the General Manager
- Ensuring our team are adding value for our clients
- Key client contact – building strong relationships and liaising on opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring agreed deliverables are met
- Responding to and coordinating operational site emergency responses with our team
- Regular employee, client and management interaction and reporting
- Representing GRPS at community and industry events as required
- Continual improvement identification and proactive with initiatives
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Applicable qualifications – Trade, Tertiary, Engineering, or relevant Business qualifications
- Experience in implementing and maintaining HSEQ management plans
- Experience in Industrial Relations and Enterprise Agreements
- Budgeting, financial reporting and business analytics
