Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for Australia to lead a team of Physiologists and manage all aspects of work on the Clinical Operations floor. This role is crucial to the company's mission and values, focusing on quality, accuracy, and speed in cardiac monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will be a people leader with a hands-on approach in mentoring, performance managing, and ensuring goals are orientated towards the successful delivery of results and excellent Quality of Service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the Clinical department, ensuring Quality of Service and SLAs are exceeded for our customers.

- Manage procedures and workflows associated with the collection of clinical cardiac data.

- Ensure contractual obligations pertaining to SLAs associated with Reporting are consistently surpassed.

- Balance workload between Cardiac Physiologists and external parties to minimize overtime and maximise KPIs.

- Foster strong collaborative relationships in the team and develop an enriched cultural environment for all team members.

- Develop individual and team goals and implement a plan to carry out objectives.

- Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.

- Conduct weekly meetings and ensure appraisals are completed annually on all operational team members.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Team Lead or People Management role.

- Bachelor of Science, or recognised tertiary equivalent is desired.

- Experience in a Clinical field of practice is desired.

- Excellent people management and collaboration skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor and train team members.
