Operations Manager Transport - Removalist Service Business

We are looking for someone to help run the day to day operations of our company. 

This is a Full-time Position Starting at 6 am

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Ideally, you would possess the following skills however we are open to considering a more junior candidate who has the right attitude and personality as training will be given.

• Industry experience is preferable, however, on-the-job training is provided
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution-focused at all times
• GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - between movers and customers
• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Leadership Skills
• Punctual 
• Available for the movers at all times 
• Has excellent communication and organizational skills
• Improve and build processes
• A confident and friendly phone manner
• A high level of attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a great sense of humor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You'll be dealing with all the operations side of the business. managing drivers, communicating with customers, coordinating the jobs, in a nutshell get all the jobs done.
