IntroductionBe part of the team and play a key leadership role in the continued success of the Stirling business. Lead the day-to-day business development activities for Stirling Training (RTO ID 21132) and delivery of all educational products. Mange client relationships and partnerships and the trainer and assessor workforce.
The opportunity- Leading all Business Development activities and delivery of all educational products including nationally accredited courses, online courses and face to face courses for SIA
- Engagement and management of partnerships and client relationships
- Responsible for all student outcomes (progression and graduation)
- Ensure all service delivery meets the requirement of RTO standards, applicable qualification frameworks and any other contracts required
- Contribute significantly to the development of TAS strategy to improve learning outcomes for the business and manage and implement training and assessment strategy for all courses
- Managing the delivery of all training to budget (revenue and margin) and management of the training workforce aligned to projected student volumes and ongoing strategies to monitor and improve student progression and engagement.
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks within a high pressured and dynamic environment
- Confident communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - with the ability to positively represent our organisation to external contacts at all opportunities
- Solutions focused and ability to solve issues as they arise
- Strong knowledge of the VET sector, ACSF and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)
- Experience in working for an RTO and managing trainer and assessor staff and managing a diverse cohort of students engaged in online and face to face courses
- Qualification in Business or Training and Assessing
