The Role
Reporting to the Director of National Operations, you will be responsible for management and successful delivery of installations, maintenance services, service call outs within the budget.
Responsibilities
- Management of projects, maintenance services and service call outs
- Management of resources, including technicians and subcontractors
- Organisation and coordination of all materials, labour, travel arrangement and equipment hire for installation, maintenance services and service call outs
- Management of costs and successful delivery of projects and services within the budget
- Administration of technician’s timesheet, field service sheet and maintenance report
- Administration of stock entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
- Administration of SWMS/WHS documentations
Selection Criteria
- 5 years+ experience in a similar industry or in a similar role
- Mechanical minded
- Construction site experience/knowledge essential
- Experienced Project Manager
- Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer and documentation skills
Full training will be provided.
