Operations Manager

Manager to join our exciting new doughnut and burger franchise.
As the Operations/Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth
and efficient running of our new fast-paced environment store.
RESPONSINILITIES:
Overseeing production: Manage and monitor the production of doughnuts and
burgers to ensure quality and consistency. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to
maintain efficient operations.
Ordering: Responsible for inventory management and placing orders for ingredients,
supplies and equipment to meet operational needs while minimizing waste.
Rostering: Create and maintain staff schedules, taking into account peak hours,
staff availability and budgetary constraints.
Training Staff: Train and mentor new and existing team members on food
preparation, customers service standards and safety procedures
Customer Focus: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service
standards. Address customer inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and
professionally.
Staff Management: Provide Leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a
positive and collaborative work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and conduct
performance evaluations.
Maintaining Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food
hygiene standards and franchise policies at all times.
Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE:
 Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within fast-food industry.
 Proven track record in Operations Management, including ordering, rostering, staff
management and training.

 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
 Strong Leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
teams
 Customer -focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
 Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
 Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management or related
field preferred but not essential.
