THE ROLE:
Reporting to the National Operations Manager and located in Kewdale, Perth this is a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity on a forming part of a small team within the warehouse and distribution operations.
Duties will include;
- Maintain inbound and outbound flow of stock through active participation in warehouse and distribution functions, sales and operations forecasting and inventory management activities.
- Manage a small team to deliver quality outcomes through employee engagement and professional development initiatives.
- Sustain a safety-first and continuous improvement mindset. With a commitment to actively identifying, assessing, and implementing process improvements.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in a similar role within warehouse or branch operations management within a b2b industrial, hardware or product related industry.
- Have worked alongside a small team with stock of varying volumes and sizes.
- Safety focused mentality.
- Good communication skills
- Forklift licence.
