Operations Officer - Freight Forwarding

Our client is an Australian owned freight forwarder seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to join their team. Working in an all-rounder capacity, you will leverage your knowledge of cargowise and dynamic ability to pivot. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Registrations
• Cartage Operations – Air, FCL and LCL.
• Manage invoice payments and job billing efficiently.
• Support warehouse when required

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience within Freight Forwarding
• Proficiency in Cargowise essential
• Forklift licence advantageous
