Operations Officer, Payment Services - secondment
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Customer Operations team on a 12 month secondment as an Operations Officer - Payment Services
We are looking for a driven team player with effective coordination and time management skills, who can work efficiently and accurately on tasks.
This role is responsible for actioning client requests based on standard operating procedures with the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency to ensure that SLAs are met and customers' needs are satisfied
What you'll do
Processing incoming cheque deposits to customer accounts
Issuing of Bank Cheques
Daily processing of manual payments across DeskBanks
Supporting our Manila team with all inbound SWIFT payments
Processing of requests from customers and internal stakeholders via email and forms
Identify & escalate potential issues and risks
What we're looking for
Effective telephone and customer service skills with a strong customer and delivery focus
Experience in ING's systems, products and processes
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Effective time management skills and is an active team contributor
