What you’ll do
As the Operational Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management of operational support engineers within our MAX Technology team. You’ll contribute to the strategy and continuous improvement of gaming Operations to ensure a true best in class service from a people, process and technology perspective.
As the conduit between operational teams, key stakeholders, vendors & service delivery teams, your team are the core of Gaming Services platforms and products availability, sustainability, and integrity.
What you’ll bring
- A people first approach to leadership, you are you are technically savvy with experience working across customer facing 24/7 complex platform environments, advising on a diverse set of strategic and operational issues.
- A preference for experience in Agile & ITIL Service Management methodologies.
- A track record of continuous delivery of incremental value at scale across multiple digital products in multi-team, multi-business environments.
- Experience working with a variety of supplier / resource models, including matrix, managed services, and multiple suppliers
- Detailed knowledge of highly regulated industries (gambling and entertainment industries nice to have).
