The Opportunity
101 Warehousing has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Operations Support to join our team in Truganina.
Operations Support will be responsible for (but not limited):
- Monitoring inbound, outbound and inventory control functions of the warehouse
- Ensure a smooth flow of inbound stock being received correctly and put away in line with customers’ expectations.
- Ensure stock leaves the warehouse daily with accuracy and relevant documentation is generated with all outbound loads.
- Coordinate team to ensure inventory integrity is maintained with no stock loss.
- Other tasks as required or directed, consistent with skills, qualifications, and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Prior experience in a similar position within the Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing Industry
- Previous experience using warehouse management systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- •Proven ability in managing employees including dealing with conflict resolutions & performance management related issues.
