Dragonfly is hiring for Operations support roles for both AM and PM shifts at our new delivery centre in Melbourne!
Shifts available for Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

What does it take to be successful?
• Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportation would be assets;
• 2 years of experience in a customer service position;
• Strong customer services skills;
• Being dynamic and customer focused;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software.
Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?
• Prepare daily reports;
• Process pending packages and returns;
• Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
• Contact customers by phone and / or email occasionally;
• Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners and operation supervisors;
• Data entry as needed;
• Escalate special cases to supervisors;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
