- General office support duties, including customer liaison and response.
- Ensuring all records are managed and retained in accordance with Quality Management System requirements.
- Provide general administrative support such as formatting policy and procedure documents, maintaining document numbering system and maintaining filing system.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, confidential and secure recordkeeping.
- Assist with audit preparations and compiling of all related documents for submissions.
- Assist with administrative recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work.
ABOUT YOU
- 12 months + experience within a similar role preferred
- Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- A self-starter who isn't afraid to get in and get the job done, enjoys working in a team and who is confident engaging with all levels of the business.
- Ability to problem solve, juggle conflicting priorities and build relationships with stakeholders.
- $30.22 per hour (Level 5 under the award)
