We have been protecting homes across Australia and New Zealand for over 14 years, working on behalf of Real Estate Agents and Landlords to make sure that their properties are compliant with state legislation.
Due to exceptional growth, we are in search of a profoundly driven and capable leader to assume responsibility for one of our business's most pivotal departments. With this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive operational management of the Scheduling, Technician Support and Customer Services Departments. These teams collectively coordinate, schedule, and provide assistance to 78 Field Technicians operating across Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Enhance Operational Efficiencies across dual departments
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to Effectively Resolve Customer Concerns
- Demonstrate Proficiency in Communication and Accurate Management/Reporting for AU and NZ operations in a Timely Manner
- Foster and Sustain a Cohesive Team through an Integrated Leadership Approach, reinforcing and amplifying the leadership proficiencies of team members
- Supervise the day-to-day operations, scheduling, and service delivery spanning Australia and New Zealand
- Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to manage the transition to updated or new quality systems and standards
