Supportive team environment Flexible working hours that gives you a work / life balance Career pathways About the role The Operations Team Leader will be required to provide leadership / ongoing training and direction to permanent and casual Duty Mangers and Lifeguards to ensure these areas are maintained at the highest possible standard. The role assists the Operations Coordinator to manage Centre maintenance as well as Aquatic staff. These include; Staff management, Program management, financial management, and Planning and on-going Administrative requirements. We expect you to show initiative and be innovative in your management areas. You will also be responsible for enduring all pool and plant room is in working order and to effectively manage and maintain the facility in the absence of the Operations Coordinator. This is Permanent full time position. You will need to be available across all opening hours of the centre including weekends. To be successful for this role you will have: Pool Lifeguard Certificate Pool Operations Certificate First Aid certificate CPR certificate Revelent experience in an aquatic facilitiy Experience in a plant room Strong communication and inerpersonal skills Experience managing team members Why the Y?
