About the role:
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for 2 x Plant Operator/Maintainers to join our team at the Pippingarra facility in Port Hedland. This role is reporting to the Site Supervisor - Manufacturing Production.

What you will be doing:
- Working autonomously and performing all production and administration tasks required to enable the manufacturing plant to run at its optimum levels.
- Assisting with plant maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Training will be provided in all key areas to assist with manufacturing.
- This is a varied role where the Operator will be responsible for carrying out physical and Labour intensive duties relating to production and maintenance as well as administrative and computing duties relating to inventory, data and product management.
- Operating Critical equipment including Pumps, Augers, and Steam Boilers.
- Using Citect control systems to operate Plant equipment.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience as a fixed plant operator/production technician preferred but not essential.
- Previous manual laboring experience preferred.
- Forklift license is preferred (will train right applicant).
- C class license is essential.
- Ability to pass all relevant security checks.
- Trade background would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate strong adherence to safe work practices.
- Intermediate computer skills an advantage (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, SAP).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
