Mars Wrigley is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production crew as Operators. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our products are delivered to a high standard and meeting supplier demands.

You’ll be working a 4-day work week on a fixed day and afternoon shift pattern to enjoy your extra day with the family

As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with fresh smells and delicious products, you will be offered opportunities to further your career and there will never be a dull shift!  Shifts look like this: 12hr, 10hr shifts with start times of either 6am, 4pm/6pm.

• Process Operators
• Packaging Operator
• Warehouse  Operator

What are we looking for?

• Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn & develop 
• Attention to detail
• A self-starter who can take instructions
• Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Safely & competently operate all equipment
• Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards
• Maintaining general housekeeping within your designated work area
• Driving improvements
• Checking schedules to forward plan for any changes
• Completing effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothly
• Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
