What you will doAs an integral member of the EPM Development team, you will:
- Work closely with EPM functional team in requirement gathering stage and solution demos
- Design a robust and efficient EPM solution based on the requirement
- Work with Fusion, Infrastructure, EDM and CDW team for the data and metadata for the applications
- Create and maintain the design, technical, support and migration documentation
- Support the existing application defects and work on enhancements
- Share the knowledge among the team members and train the support team through demos. Opportunity to learn new EPM tools
About youWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Extensive hands-on experience in the Oracle EPM development tools: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), EPM Agent, Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Oracle Cloud Planning Solution with high level understanding of Oracle Applications Development Standards and Methodologies. Understanding of Finance and HR & Payroll area and proven experience in defining and creating solutions across various technologies such as mobile, cloud and understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, Test Automation etc.
- Extensive experience as a Technical Analyst working with Oracle Applications including experience in implementation, upgrade and production support Environments. Functional knowledge of Oracle Application modules such as HR/Payroll, Finance and Procurement and understanding of Sub Ledger Accounting.
- Demonstrated experience or high-level working knowledge with ODI, EDM, EPM agent, Oracle Hyperion Planning and Hyperion reporting (HFR).
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in planning, leading and managing critical, highly complex and/or large EPM technical solutions in a large and complex service industry organisation.
- Extensive technical experience and organisational skills working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
