The ideal candidate will craft and execute change management and communication strategies that drive employee adoption and minimise resistance. The human aspect of transformation – navigating the complexities of business process adjustments, system and technology enhancements, role modifications, and structural shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy a structured OCM methodology to lead change management activities seamlessly.
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of change across technology, organization, people, and processes.
- Design and implement a change management strategy, offering both strategic and tactical guidance.
- Direct a dedicated team to support OCM training and communication efforts during project implementation.
- Possess a deep understanding of the change process and how people adapt to it.
- Conduct complexity assessments to determine the extent of change needed.
- Develop actionable plans for change management tools, including impact analysis and resistance management.
- Create and manage communication plans and training materials.
- Support and coach senior leaders, aligning project and business resources for change management tasks.
- Integrate change management activities with the overall project plan.
- Ensure user readiness, track progress, and identify risks and issues.
- Contribute to the business readiness and release plan, defining success metrics and evaluating outcomes.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in OCM, preferably across both public and private sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers to achieve ROI and desired results.
