The Ferny Hills State School P&C are seeking two passionate and experienced Assistant OSHC Coordinator's, an Educational Leader and multiple qualified OSHC Educators to join our community OSHC team. Our service has capacity for 130 children, offering before and after school care plus vacation care.
The successful applicants will be committed to creating and managing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for Ferny Hills State School students. A Diploma, other ACECQA recognised qualification equivalent or higher is a must. They will be responsible for overseeing our child centred activity programs and encourage and support positive outcomes for all children. Assistant Coordinators will also have strong leadership skills and be able to encourage growth within the team. Ongoing professional development and support is provided by a child care management company.
The Ferny Hills State School P&C are a community focused, not for profit organisation. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families is an important part of these roles. Salary is negotiable based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience. There are a number of positions available, with full time, part time and casual options.
