We value working collaboratively with our internal & external customers to improve service delivery.About Your OpportunityReporting to our Team Leader OT Solutions, you will lead complex OT technical advice to the OTE, Program Delivery, ICT and Regional Operations teams, providing owners engineering support services for design, implementation and integration of OT projects at Seqwater.Key responsibilities:

• Leading engineering support services in relation to the delivery and integration of Operational Technology (OT) systems that include control systems, SCADA and telecommunications.
• Leading complex OT technical advice and support to the OTE, Program Delivery, ICT and Regional Operations teams.
• Supporting the design of a stable and standardised operational technology environment through design review, testing and commissioning support.
• Leading OT project handover and integration, working closely with Operations teams to ensure effective transition from design and commissioning to operation.

Please note this is a fixed term temporary opportunity up until 11th August 2024.About youTo be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Degree qualification in Electrical, Mechatronics, Software or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or Chartered Engineer.
• Expert knowledge of water sources, water treatment and supply processes and assets.
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software and hardware with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply and support new solutions.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical design and installation practices including the ability to implement designs and manage installation.

This position has a salary range of $153,988.50 - $165,708.87 p.a. plus 12.75% superannuationAppointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
