Coast Local Services is a well established company that operates from Gosford on the Central Coast.

We are looking for a PA / Administration Assistant  to join our team.

As thePA / Administration Assistant  you will be a part crucial part of the team that provides support and assistance directly to the Company Directors Husband & Wife as well as going above and beyond for our clients.

Training will be provided

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
The successful candidate shall possess the following;

  1. Be available to work in our office at our west gosford office or home office at St Huberts Island from 8am - 4.00pm or 9am - 5.00.pm Weekdays
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. A high level of attention to detail and precision 
  4. High level of computer literacy and Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and xero as well as able to learn other software used within the company
  5. Excellent problem solving ability 
  6. The ability to work independently and within a team environment
  7. Excellent phone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  9. Be neat and tidy uniform supplied
  10. Be enthusiastic and have a commitment to personal self-development
  11. You must have permit working rights to work in Australia to be consider and possess a current driver’s licence.


The Role 

  • Answering phone calls and booking in jobs 
  • Data entry, binding and collating information
  • Drafting and preparing documentation
  • Updating of staff documentation
  • Maintain company manuals
  • Coordinating periodical scheduling & planning
  • Emailing responses suppliers’ and clients
  • Preparing reports
  • Filling 
  • Running errands 
  • Managing several email mailboxes
  • Directly supporting the director with their admin tasks as well as other reasonable requests
