From managing busy calendars to handling the nitty-gritty details of property sales, your skills will keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include preparing appraisals, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with our valuable client database.

Requirements:

• Current Real Estate Registration
• At least 2 years of Real Estate experience
• Previous experience in Real Estate administration is essential
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
• Familiarity with RP Data, Pricefinder, Realworks, Vault, Realtair is a plus
