What is the Role?
Partner with the Executive Director School Services (Business Manager) and Director of Strategy & Marketing (DSM) so they can more effectively perform their roles in a demanding, fast paced environment by providing excellent executive and administrative support.
Who will the successful applicant be?

• Experienced in similar roles with excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Provider of proactive, customer-focused service with an insightful anticipation of needs
• Excellent in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, including an ability to understand and work effectively with a diversity of stakeholders, and to assess situations and respond appropriately
• A creative problem solver with clear, thought through and timely decision making
• Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast paced environment
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Teams, and strong IT skills generally
