PACCAR Financial and PacLease provides financial services and leasing products for purchases of PACCAR’s vehicles through an extensive dealer network throughout Australia.
An exciting opportunity has become available within the PacLease Team! Oversee and manage the maintenance of the PacLease Laverton rental, lease and contract maintenance fleet along with re-marketing of any returned lease and rental trucks.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance on PacLease Laverton (PLL) rental, full service lease and contract maintenance units
- Develop a full lifecycle management process and strategy to maximise the value of PacLease owned and full service lease vehicles over their useful life
- Liaise with internal customer service teams to resolve warranty and repetitive equipment issues
- Perform warranty management, maintenance, purchasing and fleet administrative responsibilities
- Co-ordinate accident damage repairs to comply with current insurance requirements and PACCAR procedures
- Managing inbound rental vehicle inspection reports and co-ordinating required repairs
- Responsible for resolving workshop billing discrepancies, cost recovery and re-billable repairs
- Experience with heavy duty trucks or commercial equipment, including direct service of trucks, trailers or truck components (four years minimum)
- Full-service lease, Fleet Service management or equipment dealership service management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with customers, franchises and supporting departments.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of truck specification and component knowledge preferred
- Strong organisational skills with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to think through problems and find practical, creative solutions
- Proficiency with PCs to include knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
