With a team of 5 OTs, they maintain a close-knit, professional environment that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.
The practice emphasizes a combination of clinic-based and community outreach services, including visits to kindergartens, daycares, schools, and group sessions, primarily serving the southeast areas like Narre Warren, Clyde, Berwick, and Pakenham.
About the Position:
This role is perfect for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through individualized therapy services. The position offers a blend of clinic and community-based work, with the flexibility to lean towards what they prefer. The practice is currently home to more experienced clinicians and is looking to add up to two more OTs to their team.
You will be working with mostly with NDIS clients, running school groups, and providing tailored therapy sessions. The practice encourages flexibility, offering negotiable start and finish times, especially for parents, and supports professional development with a generous PD allowance and dedicated study leave days.
