Job Description: Paid Ads Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and with overall strategy goals for each client.
- Designing, implementing, and managing marketing funnels tailored to various customer segments - including strategy, messaging & CTA's for all stages of the funnel for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to your manager and the client each month.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
- Oversee and manage overall paid media budget.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
About you
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a demonstrated track record in effectively managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Campaign analytical skills across Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Business Suite.
- Competition analysis and campaign troubleshooting abilities
- Experienced in handling a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries and managing budgets of varying sizes.
- Skilled in developing digital strategies and adept at presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Capable of building strong client relationships and efficiently managing client accounts in an agency setting.
- Proficient in the technical aspects of digital marketing, including the use of tracking tools, tags, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities through data analysis, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.
- Excellent time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
